About us
Inson Invest is part of the swiss group Inovnis. It was created in 2018 to channel the real estate investments of the Inovnis group in Spain, in association with a developer company from Barcelona with extensive experience.
What we do

1.Development
We develop real estate projects in the Barcelona area, from locating the opportunity to handing over the keys to the final product.

2.Management
We manage all the administrative and construction stages.

3.Sale
The purpose of the final properties is sale or rental, depending on the project.
Invest with us
We offer investors interested in participating in the Spanish real estate market the possibility of investing, through participatory loans, in selected projects. The investment can be shared with Inson Invest and/or other investors, or held 100% by a single investor.
